FAQs
What sleep training methods do you use?
I offer guidance around a variety of different sleep training methods. I will be sure to suggest techniques that you feel comfortable with and that suit your parenting style and your baby's temperament, however, I will also provide you with all the options so you can make an informed decision. I believe that your well being is just as important as your baby's, and I will support you, with no judgement, no matter what sleep training method you choose. I understand that not all babies are the same and what works for one family may not necessarily work for another. I look at your child's overall sleep environment, nutrition and routine. Improving your baby's sleep isn't just about sleep training, I will use a holistic approach when working with you and your baby.
What aged children do you work with?
I provide email and phone consultations for newborns (3 weeks +) through to children aged 4 years old. Home consultations are available for babies and children aged 16 weeks to 2 years old.
Do you work with twins and siblings?
Yes, I can help families with multiples or siblings who all struggle with sleep.
Why should I hire a baby sleep consultant?
There are many reasons why families hire baby sleep consultants. Everyone has different goals and expectations around sleep. There is a lot of information out there, it can be confusing and overwhelming. If you are unhappy about your current sleep situation, I can discuss with you your concerns and goals, and support you through making the necessary changes. I want you to feel confident about moving forward through your child's ever changing sleep journey.
